1. Sign up free
Open to US residents 18 or older. Enter your name and email. We email you a link to confirm your address, you create a password, and your personal referral link is ready. No card, no purchase, no invite.
2. Share your link
Send it to the agents, teams and brokers you know. The people you refer get 10% off their first month, so it is an easy yes. Anyone who clicks your link is tied to you for 30 days.
3. Earn every month
When someone you referred pays for Yapii, you earn 13.75% of what they pay, every month they keep paying.

Getting paid
Simple, dependable, by PayPal.
Paid by PayPal, by the 1st
You earn on the money Yapii actually collects. We pay it by PayPal 2 months after it is collected, by the 1st of the month. Money collected in September is paid by November 1.
$25 minimum payout
We send a payout once your balance reaches $25. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month, so nothing you earn is lost.
Your referrals save 10%
Everyone you refer gets 10% off their first month of Yapii. Lead with it when you share your link.
Who can join
Any US resident 18 or older. You do not need to be a Yapii customer, and joining is free.
Tax form only past $600
We only ask for a W-9 once you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. Until then, there is no tax paperwork.
30 days of referral credit
When someone clicks your link, the credit is yours for 30 days. If they click more than one person's link, the first link they clicked gets the credit.

No. Joining is free and there is nothing to buy.
How much do I earn?
13.75% of what every paying customer you refer yourself pays Yapii each month. You also earn from the people your referrals bring in, up to 5 levels deep: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.25%. All 5 levels pay from day one.
Do I get paid when someone signs up?
No. You earn only when people you referred pay for Yapii. Sign-ups on their own pay nothing, and every dollar you earn comes from real paying customers.
What counts toward my earnings?
The monthly subscription fees Yapii actually collects: the CRM plan, extra seats, Claire plans and monthly add-ons. Credits and usage, like texts, emails sent and AI call minutes, do not count.
What do the people I refer get?
10% off their first month of Yapii.
How long do I keep earning?
For as long as the customer you referred keeps paying for Yapii.
How and when do I get paid?
By PayPal, 2 months after Yapii collects the money, by the 1st of the month. For example, money collected in September is paid by November 1.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, $25. If your balance is under $25, it rolls over to the next month until it reaches $25.
Do I need to fill out tax forms?
Only once you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. At that point we ask for a W-9.
How long does my link give me credit?
30 days from the click. If someone clicks more than one affiliate's link, the first link they clicked gets the credit.
How do I sign in later?
Go to the affiliate sign-in page and sign in with your email and password. If you forget it, choose Forgot password? and we email you a link to set a new one.
